Refund Policy

At Bilinguo Co., we strive to deliver accurate and high-quality translation and interpretation services. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are generally final. However, we offer limited refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refund

  • A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery.

  • Refunds will only be considered if:

     

     

    • The service was not delivered as agreed (e.g., missed session, incomplete translation).

    • A proven error occurred on our part that significantly impacts the quality or accuracy of the translation.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services already completed and delivered as agreed.

  • Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences (e.g., style or tone) after the translation has been completed.

  • Failure to read our service description or limitations before purchase (e.g., expecting certified or legal translations, which we do not offer).

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us at thebilinguo@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Service Revisions

Before issuing a refund, we may offer a free revision to address any concerns when possible.

Membership Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bilinguo Co., we value our members and strive to provide the best possible services. Please review our membership refund and cancellation terms below:

1. Membership Fees

  • All membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected during purchase.

  • By subscribing, you authorize Bilinguo Co. to charge your payment method for the selected membership term.

2. Refunds

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

  • We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time, early cancellations, or downgrades.

  • If you cancel before the end of your billing period, you will retain access until the end of that period.

3. Free Trials

  • If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends.

  • To avoid charges, cancel before the trial period expires.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at thebilinguo@gmail.com.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No additional fees will be charged.

5. Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to terminate memberships for non-payment.

6. Changes to Membership Plans

  • We may modify membership features, pricing, or terms. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and you may cancel if you do not agree with the new terms.
